Audience Volunteers Of The Week

And now to our Featured Story.

Meet Joel (“BankDude33”) and Andrea (“AndiP”). Looking pretty cozy, right???

NOW, Here’s Why They Were Our Favorite This Week.

Joel was sitting front and center for the show and raised his hand as being Single.

When Greg went to interview him, Joel started ducking trying not to be seen. He looked like he was practicing some kind of judo the way he was darting his body around.

But he was DEAD CENTER in front of us! Greg called him out saying “You can’t hide from me, dude.”

So they proceeded with the interview and we found out Joel hails from Hinsdale and is VP of a bank. He has a pug named Bailey, he loves country music (Eric Church), and whiskey in his glass.

All pretty normal stuff. Then Greg asked if Joel had an online dating Profile Name.

He replied…

“No.”

So Greg asked if Joel was with any friends tonight who could give him a name.

He indicated an adorable girl next to him.

Greg asked…

“And who is this?”

Joel then sheepishly replied…

“My Ex-Girlfriend.”

At this point the audience DIED laughing.

No wonder Joel was ducking under the table!

It was actually really cute. And, obviously, they are good friends. But it made for some very fun/interesting improv.

Joel said he’s looking for a partner who values Honesty. And our female volunteer, Andrea, wants a man with Confidence.

Joel is Confident and Honest enough to admit he brought his Ex-Girlfriend to a show about Online Dating! AND then raised his hand as Single. So it might be the perfect match.

Kudos to you, Joel. You are, hands down, one of my favorite audience volunteers so far. And we appreciate your honesty!
